Why do I have Repayment History and account information for some accounts and not others?
Licensed credit providers have until the 1st of July 2018 to have at least 50% of their positive consumer credit data “ready for reporting” after the Australian government announced it was mandating Comprehensive Credit Reporting (CCR). They will then be required to have all of it ready a year later.
In this period, you may find that your credit file has information for some accounts but not others as each provider begins to report different product types at different times.
You can contact your credit provider if you are unsure whether they have adopted Comprehensive Credit Reporting.
